Stepped up to serve as interim PM for a project; leveraged competitive analysis, qualitative research (interviews), and quantitative data (feature usage) in problem definition and concept development, led team meetings to align and prioritize, and authored a Press Release and Frequently Asked Questions (PRFAQ) document to propose the product and gather feedback (product is currently in development).

Designed and executed a research project (18 qualitative interviews with usability tests) to develop a new application from problem definition and concept development through release; the product replaces a command line workflow with a point-and-click interface, decreasing time on task by 70%, reducing training needs significantly, and enabling non-technical users.
